Microform equipment
Users must present their National Identity Card, passport or US ID card.
The microform equipment is intended for the consultation of information for academic or scientific purposes only and may not be used for any other purpose.
The cardholder is responsible for the correct use of the microform equipment.
In the event of a breakdown or malfunction of the equipment, this must be reported to Library staff.
Broadcasting stations
Users must provide proof of identity by presenting their National Identity Card, passport or US ID card.
The audiovisual stations are intended for the consultation of information for exclusively academic or scientific purposes and may not be used for any other purpose.
The cardholder is responsible for the correct use of the workstation.
In the event of a fault or malfunction of the equipment, this must be reported to Library staff.
The use of audiovisual stations for inappropriate purposes or those unrelated to the Library, as well as damage to the equipment, will be penalised by the Library.
Self-service photocopiers
Self-service photocopiers allow users to make copies of certain documents held in the libraries, provided that they comply with current legislation on copyright and intellectual property.
The operating hours are the same as the opening hours of the libraries where they are located.
They operate using cards, coins or a credit system, depending on the model. Some libraries even have card vending machines.
In the event of a breakdown or a paper shortage, users should notify library staff.
Printers
Each library will set its own rules regarding the use of paper and toner.
